auctionizer@beyeler.dev Responsible person: Pascal Beyeler When using the Platform, the following data is collected and processed: Auction descriptions and settings Bids Contact details (name, alias, address, country, email address, phone number) Access information (e.g. IP address, date, time, browser version, operating system, referrer) Messages (by email or contact form) We process your data for the following purposes: Conducting and facilitating auctions (contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) Sending notification and confirmation emails (contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) Offering support via email (contract fulfillment in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) Ensuring the stability, availability and security of the system (legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) We only store your data for as long as is required by law or necessary for the respective purpose. The specific retention periods are: Auction data (contact details, descriptions, settings, and bids) is retained for a minimum of 30 days after the auction concludes. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted within 48 hours. Access information is retained for up to one year. Messages (email or contact form) sent to us will be stored only as long as necessary for processing your request, unless legal retention obligations apply. System backups containing personal data are created regularly and are retained for a maximum of 7 days.
